Smudge Sticks
Set a clear intention for your ritual – what you’re releasing and what you’re inviting in. Open a window to let energy flow, then light the tip for 30–60 seconds and gently blow it out. You can move through your space with the stick or simply let it rest on a fireproof dish to slowly release its calming smoke. When finished, allow it to naturally extinguish. Always burn mindfully and never leave it unattended.

Palo Santo Sticks
Light the tip for 30–60 seconds, then gently blow it out and let the fragrant smoke fill your space. Each burn lasts around 2–4 minutes – relight whenever you need to ground and reset.

Incense Cones
Place a cone on a heat-resistant surface (like your ceramic holder), light the tip for 20–30 seconds until it glows, then blow out the flame. Let it smoulder gently, keeping a soft airflow around it. If it goes out, simply relight.

Around pets & children
Yes – our incense, smudge sticks, and Palo Santo are made only from natural botanicals, with no synthetic fragrances, toxins, or chemical binders. They’re generally safe to burn around pets and children when your space is well-ventilated and the items are kept out of reach. Always avoid excessive smoke build-up and never leave them burning unattended near curious hands or paws.

All of our burnables are completely free from artificial additives, charcoal, or dyes –ingredients often found in cheaper incense that can create harsh or toxic smoke. You can enjoy your ritual knowing each element burns cleanly and naturally.

Palo Santo, incense and our smudges produce a gentle, natural smoke that typically won’t trigger alarms when burned in moderation. To stay safe, use small amounts at a time and ensure good airflow.
